These terms apply to your use of this website and to digital templates bought from K&M Financial Publishing Group LLC, a Texas company. By using the site or buying a template, you agree to them. Buyers must be 18 or older.
Education, not advice
Our books, articles and templates are general education and organizing tools. They are not personalized financial, investment, legal, tax or credit advice. See our Disclaimer.
Books
Our books are sold by Amazon. Purchases, delivery and returns of books are handled by Amazon under its terms. For information about how Amazon handles your data, see the Amazon.com Privacy Notice.
Digital templates
- Checkout: templates bought on this site are sold through Payhip's checkout, with payment by Stripe or PayPal. - Delivery: templates are digital files. You'll get a download link right after purchase; nothing is shipped.
- License: each purchase is for one person's own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell, share, or redistribute the files, post them online, use them in products you sell, or use them to train AI. We keep the copyright.
- Refunds (digital goods): because templates are delivered instantly as files, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If a file won't open, is damaged or incomplete, isn't what the listing described, or you were charged twice, email service@kmfinancialgroups.com within 30 days of purchase with your order email and what went wrong. We'll reply within 3 business days and send a working file or, if we can't fix it, a full refund to your original payment method.
- Your numbers: templates do arithmetic you set up. Check your entries and results; you're responsible for how you use them.
Our content
The text, templates, images and design of this site belong to K&M Financial Publishing Group LLC. You're welcome to link to our pages and quote short passages with credit; please don't copy them wholesale.
Links to other sites
We link to Amazon, government agencies and other sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
Accuracy
We work to keep everything accurate and dated, but rules and figures change. You're responsible for decisions you make with our content, and we aren't liable for them to the extent the law allows.
Third-party services
Checkout, payment, email, hosting, printing and shipping are provided by the independent companies named in our Privacy Policy, under their own terms. We aren't responsible for their sites, outages or policies, but we'll help you with any problem with an order from us.
Disclaimer of warranties
Apart from the promises written in these terms and any warranty the law gives you that can't be excluded, this website and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim other warranties, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. This does not limit liability that can't legally be limited, including for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits or waives any right you have under consumer protection law, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, or any right that can't be waived by contract.
Indemnity
If you break these terms or the template license (for example, by reselling or sharing our files), and that causes a claim against K&M Financial Publishing Group LLC, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows. This doesn't apply to claims caused by our own fault.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, please email service@kmfinancialgroups.com first so we can try to fix it; most problems are solved this way. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either of us may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, or in small claims court where you live if it qualifies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed only as much as needed and the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the policies linked from them, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and your purchase.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
