Privacy Policy
This policy explains how K&M Financial Publishing Group LLC ("we", "us"), a Texas company, handles personal information on this website, through our email newsletter, and when you buy our digital templates.
Children's privacy
This site is for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect, use or share personal information from children under 13. Purchases and sign-ups are for adults 18 or older only. If we learn we have received a child's information (for example, a child emails us), we delete it promptly. If you think a child has sent us information, email service@kmfinancialgroups.com.
This website
You can read this site without an account. We don't run analytics, advertising trackers or our own cookies here. Our web host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details as part of that request; Google says it does not use this to build profiles or for targeted ads. Our template pages with a buy button load Payhip's checkout script (payhip.com), and Payhip may set its own cookies, for example to run the cart and checkout and to protect against bots. For information about how Payhip handles your data, see Payhip's Privacy and Cookies Policy.
Email to us
If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. Our business email runs on Google Workspace. For information about how Google handles your data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Our newsletter (MailerLite, planned)
Signup is not open yet. When it opens, the newsletter will be sent with MailerLite, which will store and process the list for us as our email service provider (a processor), following our instructions.
- What is collected: your email address (and your first name, if the form asks and you give it); the date, time and IP address of your signup, kept as a record of your consent; and basic email activity, such as whether an email was delivered or opened and which links were clicked.
- Use: to send the free Monthly Budget Planner (Lite) and our newsletter (new books, new templates, plain-English explainers). We don't sell your email address or share it for anyone else's marketing.
- When the signup form goes live, it will be loaded from MailerLite (assets.mailerlite.com) on the pages that show it, so your browser will connect to MailerLite on those pages.

Emails from us
- Single opt-in: you're subscribed as soon as you sign up, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Unsubscribe anytime with the link in every email, or email service@kmfinancialgroups.com. We act on requests within 10 business days. Every marketing email shows our name and mailing address.
- We never add buyers from Amazon or other marketplaces to our list unless they sign up themselves.
Template purchases (Payhip, Stripe, PayPal)
When our templates go on sale, purchases on this site will be processed by Payhip, which handles checkout and the download link and records your name, email, IP address and order details. Payment is handled by the processor you pick at checkout (Stripe or PayPal); Payhip says it never collects your card details, and neither do we. We receive the order details (such as your name, email and what you bought) so we can support your purchase. Books on Amazon
Our book links go to Amazon, where Amazon's own policies apply. We don't receive personal information about you from Amazon when you buy one of our books. For information about how Amazon handles your data, see the Amazon.com Privacy Notice.
Service providers
The independent companies named on this page (Cloudflare, Google, MailerLite, Payhip, Stripe, PayPal, Amazon) are each responsible for their own practices under their own privacy policies.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising or profiling. We share it only with the service providers named on this page to run our business, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or when the law requires.
How long we keep it
Order records: as long as tax law requires (generally up to 7 years). Email list data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Emails to us: as long as needed to help you and keep a record.
Security
We use reputable providers, keep access to our accounts limited and protected with multi-factor sign-in where offered, and don't store payment card data. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security, but if a breach affects you we will notify you as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what information we have about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, or opt out of marketing. Email service@kmfinancialgroups.com; you don't need an account. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We'll answer within 45 days, free of charge. If we decline, we'll explain why and how to appeal, by replying to our decision. If your appeal is denied, Texas residents may contact the Texas Attorney General. Some records (such as orders we must keep for taxes) can't be deleted until the law allows.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date shown on it.
